Mental Health is more than just preventing suicide. Actually, our mental health is as important as our physical health. 


Therapy is an essential component to ensuring a healthy psychological wellbeing.  It allows us to address life and everything (& anything) that occurs in life.  Seeking help does not mean that you are “crazy.”  It suggests that you are open to allowing someone an opportunity to assist you with life.
