The Change:
Healthier Boundaries
Speaking up for yourself
Refusing to be denied
Living life in the moment
Enjoying the little things
Engaging in Self-Care and Self-Reflection
Acknowledging (& working on) your areas to work on
Understanding it’s not ALWAYS about you
Learning Some people project more than they protect (you) at times, and that is okay
Becoming selfish with yourself, time and energy
Replacing blame and shame with personal responsibility
Becoming aware of and Challenging collective unconsciousness
